Shipping policy

Orders ship from HANS KOREA CO., LTD., Republic of Korea, by international courier or post, to the European Union, the United States and the other destinations offered at checkout.
Shipping costs €19 per order to Europe, the United States, Canada and Asia, and €29 to Australia and all other destinations; it is free for orders of €300 or more. We do not ship to the Republic of Korea. The cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance; these times are estimates.
A tracking number is sent by email when the order is dispatched.
European Union: import VAT, customs duties and handling fees are payable by the Customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
United States: customs duties, fees and any applicable sales tax are payable by the Customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@nitibrush.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
